Commercial Proposal/Tender Engineer (6m Contract, Up to $6k) #HHW

Job Scope

• Prepare and coordinate commercial proposals for aftermarket projects, parts and services.
• Identify, develop, quote and close sales opportunities to meet targets.
• Liaise with vendors to prepare cost calculations and commercial proposals .
• Review contractual terms with Legal and prepare commercial deviations.
• Conduct commercial risk assessments and recommend mitigation plans.
• Work with Sales teams to develop sales strategies and monitor opportunities.
• Negotiate with customers and vendors on scope, pricing and terms.
• Provide regular sales updates to internal stakeholders.
• Support project execution, procurement, invoicing and customer payment follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with export control and company policies .
• Support audits, marketing activities and service business improvement initiatives.

✅ Requirements

• Experience in commercial proposals, sales support, tendering, contract management or business development .
• Experience in energy, power generation, engineering or industrial services is advantageous.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with customers, vendors and cross-functional teams.
