Clinical Trial Support Coordinator (TMF & Study Operations) #HDC1

About the Role

Join a fast-paced clinical research environment where you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of clinical trials from the ground up. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with sponsor-side experience to deepen their expertise in Trial Master File (TMF) management, GCP compliance, and end-to-end clinical trial operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the setup, maintenance, and quality control of electronic Trial Master Files (eTMFs), ensuring documentation stays audit-ready at all times
• Partner with CROs to develop eTMF guidelines and strengthen review processes
• Keep clinical documentation aligned with GCP and internal SOPs through rigorous filing QC
• Support budget and invoice management — from vendor set-up to tracking monthly spend and commitments across studies
• Maintain study tracking tools and assist with trial registrations (e.g. ct.gov)
• Coordinate trial logistics, including shipments, supply procurement, and training arrangements
• Review protocols, informed consent forms, and advertisement materials for SOP and regulatory compliance
• Organise and support clinical meetings — agendas, minutes, and logistics for internal teams, CROs, and Investigators
• Assist with global communications such as newsletters and website updates
• Contribute to SOPs, work instructions, and templates, and support continuous process improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of clinical trial experience on the sponsor side
• Hands-on exposure to Trial Master File (TMF) management
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with CROs, Investigators, and internal study teams
