Job Description: Clinical Specialist Assistant. This role offers hands-on experience in the healthcare industry, providing support to our Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists in delivering high-quality medical device services in hospital settings. Key Responsibilities:
- Medical Device Support
o Assist Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists in conducting in-services and training sessions for medical devices in hospitals.
- Inventory Management
o Perform monthly consignment stock checks at hospital sites and assist in stock reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Case Support
o Provide case support alongside the Territory Manager and Clinical Specialist, ensuring seamless device utilization during medical procedures.
- Administrative and Reporting Tasks
o Support administrative tasks, including report generation and documentation, to aid operational efficiency. Qualifications:
- Dip/ degree in healthcare, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
