Salary: up to $5000 + 1m completion bonus Duration: Oct 2026 to end Aug 2027 direct contract Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours Location: Queenstown & Clementi Job Description: • Perform basic assessments to identify eligible patients for the study.
- Perform consent-taking, baseline and outcome assessment.
- Administration of study questionnaires.
- Perform 6-monthly telephone calls for outcomes during the study period.
- Coordinate the care for patients with other providers (health coach, dietitian etc.).
- Arrange for follow-ups, laboratory tests and procedures as scheduled or ordered by the care team.
- Perform accurate research documentation
- Send reminders for appointments and track, recall and reschedule of defaulted appointments.
- Manage subject reimbursement and ensure proper tracking of budget utilisation.
- Facilitate the completion of Physician Management Checklist by Physicians.
- Facilitate communication between on recruitment and follow-up procedures.
- Coordinate and attend meetings.
- Maintain a record of patients recruited into the study and other data as required.
- Assist PI with maintenance of study site file.
- Comply with guidelines and safe practices according to organizational Work Instructions and Policies.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Report adverse events, unsafe practices and incidences.
- Participate in quality improvement activities.
- Assist to review and evaluate work processes in consultation with physicians or other health-care providers where required.
- Take on additional responsibilities or tasks as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
