Clinical Research Coordinator (Hospital) #HZO

Duration: 1st Oct - End Aug 2027 Location: West/ Central

Job Scope:

• Perform basic assessments to identify eligible patients for the study.
• Perform consent-taking, baseline and outcome assessment.
• Administration of study questionnaires.
• Perform 6-monthly telephone calls for outcomes during the study period.
• Coordinate the care for patients with other providers (health coach, dietitian etc.).
• Arrange for follow-ups, laboratory tests and procedures as scheduled or ordered by the care team.
• Perform accurate research documentation
• Send reminders for appointments and track, recall and reschedule of defaulted appointments.
• Manage subject reimbursement and ensure proper tracking of budget utilisation.
• Facilitate the completion of Physician Management Checklist by Physicians.
• Coordinate and attend meetings.
• Maintain a record of patients recruited into the study and other data as required.
• Assist PI with maintenance of study site file.
• Comply with guidelines and safe practices according to organizational Work Instructions and Policies.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Report adverse events, unsafe practices and incidences.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
• Assist to review and evaluate work processes in consultation with physicians or other health-care providers where required.
• Take on additional responsibilities or tasks as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Degree in nursing/ science or any relevant field
• Min. 1 yr experience in clinical research coordinator/ healthcare field
