We are hiring for Clinical Operations (Surgical) and Inpatient Operations positions to support the delivery and continuous improvement of hospital services.

What You’ll Be Doing

Clinical Operations (Surgical)

• Support procurement activities for medical and non-medical equipment, including evaluation, standardisation and coordination.
• Coordinate timelines, follow up on key action items and provide administrative support for projects and meetings.
• Support the development and expansion of surgical facilities through service needs analysis and utilisation studies.
• Collect, analyse and present operational data to support service planning and decision-making.
• Assist with the day-to-day operations of surgical facilities and contribute to workflow improvements.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support the implementation and communication of operational initiatives.

Inpatient Operations

• Support the smooth and efficient operations of inpatient services.
• Coordinate administrative and operational activities across various stakeholders.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives, service planning and implementation of operational projects.
• Monitor and follow up on operational matters to ensure timely resolution and completion.
• Support departmental meetings, reporting and other healthcare operations initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in any relevant discipline.
• Experience in healthcare operations or a government/public-sector environment will be advantageous.
• Strong organisational, coordination and administrative skills.
• Comfortable working with data, documentation and multiple stakeholders.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Candidates without direct healthcare experience are welcome to be considered.
