We are seeking motivated professionals for Clinical Operations (Surgical) and Inpatient Operations roles, offering opportunities to contribute to hospital service development, operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Operations (Surgical)

• Support the procurement, evaluation and standardisation of medical and non-medical equipment.
• Coordinate project timelines, track action items and provide administrative support for meetings and operational initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and expansion of surgical facilities through service needs assessments and utilisation studies.
• Gather, analyse and present operational data to support strategic planning and informed decision-making.
• Assist in the daily operations of surgical facilities and identify opportunities to improve workflows and service efficiency.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to implement operational initiatives and support service enhancements.

Inpatient Operations

• Support the effective day-to-day operations of inpatient services to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Coordinate administrative and operational matters across departments and stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvement projects, service planning and the implementation of operational initiatives.
• Monitor outstanding operational matters and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with departmental meetings, reporting and other initiatives aimed at enhancing hospital operations.

Requirements

• Degree in any relevant discipline and above.
• Experience in healthcare operations or the public sector will be an advantage.
• Strong organisational, coordination and administrative capabilities.
• Comfortable handling data, preparing documentation and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates without prior healthcare experience are welcome to apply, provided they possess the relevant skills and a keen interest in healthcare operations.
