Key Responsibilities

Clinical Operations (Surgical)

• Support procurement and evaluation of medical and non-medical equipment, including standardisation and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate project timelines, track action items and provide administrative support for meetings and operational initiatives.
• Assist in surgical facility development and expansion through service needs analysis and utilisation studies.
• Gather, analyse and present operational data to support service planning and informed decision-making.
• Support the daily operations of surgical facilities and identify opportunities to enhance workflows and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement operational initiatives and communicate key updates effectively.

Inpatient Operations

• Support the day-to-day operations of inpatient services to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Coordinate administrative and operational matters across departments and stakeholders.
• Contribute to service planning, process improvement initiatives and the implementation of operational projects.
• Monitor outstanding operational matters and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with departmental meetings, reporting and other initiatives to enhance healthcare service delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in any relevant discipline and above.
• Experience in healthcare operations or the government/public sector will be advantageous.
• Strong organisational, coordination and administrative capabilities.
• Comfortable working with data, preparing documentation and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Candidates without direct healthcare experience are welcome to apply, with relevant skills and a willingness to learn.
