THE ROLE
Join the team and play a key role in supporting the recovery of insurance claims while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for policyholders.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage and follow up on claims recovery cases to meet recovery targets.
- Contact policyholders to gather information and assist them with claim submissions to third parties.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and guide policyholders through the claims recovery process.
- Use strong communication and negotiation skills to encourage policyholders to proceed with claim recovery.
- Ensure proper tracking and documentation of call activities and case outcomes.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Diploma or Degree, preferably with at least 1 year of insurance claims recovery or customer service experience .
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical, organisational and time management skills.
