We are seeking for motivated and people-oriented individuals to join our Public Outreach team. As a Fundraiser, you will represent the organisation, engage with members of the public, and inspire long-term support for humanitarian programmes that positively impact lives across Singapore and beyond.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, are passionate about making a difference, and are looking for a rewarding career with opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Professional representatives during face-to-face fundraising campaigns and community outreach activities.
- Engage members of the public, share the organisation's mission, and educate them on the impact of donor support.
- Inspire individuals to become regular supporters of humanitarian initiatives.
- Achieve individual and team fundraising targets while maintaining the highest standards of ethical fundraising.
- Participate in roadshows, events, and outreach campaigns across various locations in Singapore.

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Passion for humanitarian and community causes
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Comfortable engaging with the public
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- No previous fundraising experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
