[Central Hospital, No Night Shifts] Wards Patient Service Associate - 2 Shifts UP$3200 #HCY

Location:Central Working Hours: Morning & Afternoon Shifts (Any 5 days between Mon-Sun, Rostered)

Assist patients with admission, discharge, and transfer procedures in the inpatient ward. Provide frontline customer service, attending to patient and family enquiries. Coordinate appointments, medical tests, and procedures with doctors and nursing staff. Ensure accurate documentation and updating of patient records in the hospital system. Facilitate communication between patients, nurses, and doctors to ensure smooth care delivery
