Responsibilities · Identify bottlenecks andrecommend fixes (scheduling, staffing, equipment) · Partner with production, planning, and manufacturing teams · Report on utilization,through put, and capacity gaps · Digitalization, Automation Projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in industrial engineering, Computer Science, Diploma , Operations, or related field.
- Some knowledge and Experience in manufacturing/production planning
- Strong Excel skills; ERP/MRP experience a plus
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts
- Python , Macro , VBA , Some basic automation projects background.
