Call Center Associate (Contract)(Sembawang) #SJN

Contact customer to arrange for appointments for the installation or cut-off of gas pipes / gas water heater or appliances. Handle customers’ enquiries on appointments, installation charges and other gas installation related matter. Follow up on customer’s enquiries from emails. Send SMS/emails to customers on their appointment schedules. Promote gas appliances / collaborations with other business partners to potential customers. Liaise with term contractor/SP Services on any services lapse. Feedback on any difficult/special cases.
