Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end to end sourcing and procurement activities to support workshop operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and procure spare part, consumables, materials, and services at competitive pricing.
• Review and analyze supplier quotations, assess pricing competitiveness, and recommend optimal purchasing decisions.
• Coordinate closely with Suppliers, Logistics, and Planning team to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply issues promptly.
• Maintain and update databases for materials, vendors, pricing, and expenditures to support accurate planning and reporting.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives, expand and qualify the vendor base.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance in delivery, reliability, and product quality.
• Participate actively in internal review processes, problem solving sessions, and continuous improvement programs.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• 5 years of procurement and vendor management experience within aerospace industry.
• Independent and resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good communications skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
