Building & Facilities Executive (1-year) - Up to 5.5K / WEST #HHL

💰 Up to S$5,600/month 🕘 Mon-Fri, 8am–5pm 📄 1-year contract, renewable Responsibilities: Conduct routine building inspections, maintenance and minor repairs.

Maintain electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, plumbing and sanitary systems.

Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot facility breakdowns.

Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers.

Support fire safety checks and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Maintain maintenance records and support office layout changes, furniture installation and equipment relocation.
