Building & Facilities Executive – 1-Year Renewable Contract Location: Gul Circle Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday Salary: $4,500 – $5,600/month Contract: 1-year contract, renewable Company: Norwegian MNC Nearest MRT: Joo Koon MRT — approximately 3 bus stops away Transport: No company bus About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Building & Facilities Executive to independently manage the day-to-day facilities operations of a 2-storey building of approximately 5,000 sq ft. This is a one-person facilities role , so the successful candidate should be technically hands-on, resourceful and confident in troubleshooting building and facility issues. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day building and facilities maintenance

Troubleshoot and respond to facility breakdowns and urgent issues

Carry out basic electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and sanitary troubleshooting

Handle issues such as power trips, air-conditioning leaks, toilet chokes and other building-related faults

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance

Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers

Monitor facility equipment and identify abnormal conditions

Support fire safety checks and general workplace safety inspections

Maintain maintenance records, logs and reports

Support office layout changes, furniture installation and equipment relocation

Ensure building facilities remain safe, functional and well maintained
