💰 Salary & Benefits: Up to $4,500 (based on experience) 📅 Contract: 1 year ⏰ Shift: 3/2/2/3 rotating (12-hour day/night)

🔬 Key Responsibilities:
- Execute upstream (cell culture) & downstream (purification) operations
- Operate manufacturing equipment & monitor process parameters
- Perform sampling, pH, conductivity testing
- Maintain accurate records in EBM & batch documentation
- Apply aseptic techniques in GMP environment
- Troubleshoot deviations & support process improvements
- Ensure full compliance with GMP & safety standards
🎯 Who We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in pharma / biologics / GMP manufacturing
- Comfortable with rotating 12-hour shifts
- Strong understanding of SOP adherence & batch documentation
