As a  Bioprocess Manufacturing Specialist , you will support day-to-day manufacturing operations while gaining exposure to  cleanroom production, equipment operations, validation, troubleshooting, process transfer, and manufacturing process improvement . You will work closely with technical and cross-functional teams to ensure production activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established quality standards. What You’ll Do Execute day-to-day manufacturing operations, including both routine and non-routine activities, in line with approved SOPs, batch documentation, and electronic systems.

Support cleanroom manufacturing processes involving equipment setup, cleaning, sterilisation, filtration, material preparation, and handling.

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, process control systems, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) while maintaining compliance with cGMP requirements.

Perform production sampling, process monitoring, and relevant in-process checks while ensuring manufacturing information is recorded accurately and promptly.

Investigate manufacturing issues and assist with troubleshooting, deviation assessments, CAPA, and other activities aimed at maintaining reliable production performance.

Contribute to process transfer activities, equipment commissioning, qualification and validation exercises, and manufacturing improvement projects.

Ensure production records, equipment logbooks, electronic records, and other required documentation are complete, accurate, and compliant with quality standards.

Maintain a safe, clean, and audit-ready manufacturing environment by following established safety, housekeeping, and quality procedures.

Provide technical support and share relevant manufacturing knowledge with team members where required.

Work collaboratively with Quality, Engineering, Technical Operations, and other supporting functions to maintain smooth and consistent production activities.

What We’re Looking For Degree in  Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology , or a related discipline.

Relevant experience within  biotechnology, pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or other GMP-regulated manufacturing environments  will be advantageous.

Understanding of  cGMP principles, cleanroom operations, manufacturing processes, production equipment, and manufacturing systems  is preferred.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to manage priorities in a production-focused environment.

Willingness to support  rotating shift schedules  and operational requirements.

Comfortable working in controlled cleanroom environments and adhering to gowning, safety, and manufacturing procedures.

Meticulous and dependable, with a strong commitment to quality, compliance, safety, and continuous improvement.
