Biomedical Laboratory Assistant Manager | Lead Clinical Lab Operations | Up to $6.5K #HVN

Key Responsibilities

Coordinates the daily activities and supervises the execution of the work. Planning in the laboratory. Supervision of compliance with the safety rules within the department. Monitors the operation of the equipment. Acts as the point of contact for the Laboratory Technicians and Laboratory Management. Daily activities are coordinated, questions are answered and problems are solved. The quality of work within the department is monitored to ensure that they meet the standards. Solves more complex problems. Monitor Analytical and post analytical issues related to samples including investigation and remediation of the same. Proposals made to optimize work processes and procedures and work regulations have been drawn up.

Requirement Minimum 8-10 years’ work experience in a central lab or clinical laboratory. Control of MS Office and the Software packages of the devices at the laboratory. Use of Biorad URT / similar application. Troubleshooting related to assay , QC or PT failures.
