Join our growing team as a Beauty Consultant , where you’ll have the opportunity to earn attractive commissions while helping clients discover the right beauty, hair and scalp products & treatments for their needs.

🌟 What You’ll Do

• Consult with clients to understand their beauty, hair and scalp concerns .
• Recommend suitable beauty and hair products, treatments and packages based on clients’ needs.
• Provide professional advice and create a personalised customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat visits and strengthen customer retention.
• Assist with basic hair washing and treatment preparation when required.
• Occasionally support or take over basic duties from hair specialists.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets .

✅ Requirements

• Minimum N/O Level, Diploma or Degree in Business, Entrepreneurship or related fields.
• Confident and comfortable with sales and face-to-face customer engagement .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented, confident and target-driven.
• Comfortable assisting with basic hair washing and supporting hair specialists when required.
• Candidates with experience in beauty, hair, skincare, wellness, retail or consultative sales are encouraged to apply.
