Key Responsibilities Welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customers' beauty needs and recommend suitable skincare, makeup or beauty products. Provide product demonstrations and personalised beauty consultations. Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs. Maintain good product knowledge and stay updated on new product launches, promotions and beauty trends. Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits and purchases. Maintain an attractive and well-organised counter/store display. Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks and general housekeeping. Handle customer enquiries and provide professional after-sales service.
