Bank Trade Operations (Up to $7,000) #BTS

Your tasks

• Handle Letters of Credit (LCs) issuance, advising, transfers and amendments, as well as trade financing applications, import/export loans and bill discounting
• Liaise with banks, buyers and suppliers on document presentations, financing, payments, bank charges and outstanding matters
• Coordinate coal trade documentation, shipping schedules, courier arrangements and tracking of document submission deadlines, LC expiry dates and payment collections
• Support Trade Structured Finance (TSF) transactions, prepare transaction documents, monitor receivables, payables and margins, and flag documentation issues or potential risks
• Maintain accurate trade and financing records, assist with bank KYC reviews and audits, and ensure compliance with internal approval procedures and banking requirements
• Assist with any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Banking or Trade Finance/Operations functions
