Excellent opportunity for a strong entry-level candidate looking to begin a career in Fund Management / Real Estate Investments . You will work closely with the Fund Manager and Portfolio Manager supporting a global real estate mandate across direct and indirect investments .

Portfolio Management & Analysis

• Maintain portfolio databases and prepare monthly and quarterly fund reports
• Analyse fund and investment performance and extract key performance metrics
• Support portfolio analysis and scenario modelling across investment mandates
• Monitor portfolio performance, investment risks and key indicators
• Provide analytical support for hold / sell assessments
• Monitor fund and asset-level environmental metrics and support ESG reporting
• Ensure investment and portfolio data is accurate, complete and up to date
• Identify opportunities to improve existing reporting and data processes

Investment Transaction Support

• Support investment transactions following Investment Committee approval
• Coordinate with internal teams and external investment partners throughout transaction processes
• Track key investment parameters and ensure alignment with approved investment terms
• Support reporting requirements for both direct and indirect real estate investments
