Associate, Fund Management (1 Year, Investments, Entry Level) #ESY

Portfolio Reporting

• Maintain and update portfolio database and deliver monthly / quarterly reports to internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor and provide analytical support on fund performance including hold / sell decisions
• Provide operational support in the reporting for direct and indirect real estate investments, including extracting key performance metrics from investment reports
• Monitor portfolio performance and risk indicators in line with investment strategy
• Monitor environmental metrics at the fund / asset level and report on ESG objectives

Transaction Management

• Assist in executing investment transactions post-approval, including coordinating with internal teams and external partners
• Track key investment parameters and ensure alignment with Investment Committee approvals

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Real Estate or Finance
• 0-3 years of relevant experience; prior exposure to real estate acquisitions, fund management, or portfolio reporting is advantageous
