THE ROLE
Join a dynamic team and take charge of Parts Sales, Warehouse and Logistics Operations . You will drive business growth while ensuring smooth and efficient parts inventory, warehousing and distribution operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and grow parts sales channels across local and regional markets.
- Drive sales, business development and customer relationship management.
- Manage sales performance, forecasts, budgets and departmental KPIs.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee spare parts warehouse operations, inventory control and 3PL performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and minimise stock losses, ageing and obsolescence.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management or Logistics .
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in parts sales, warehousing or logistics.
- Experience in spare parts warehousing and logistics is highly preferred.
