HR Leadership Opportunity

Join a well-established multinational organisation as an Assistant Manager / Manager, Human Resources , supporting a broad range of HR functions across Singapore and the Asia Pacific region.

This is a broad-based HR Generalist role combining operational ownership with strategic contribution. You will work closely with HR colleagues, business leaders and regional stakeholders to provide practical HR advice, manage employee lifecycle activities and drive people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and business stakeholders on people matters, organisational needs and workforce priorities
• Provide HR advice on policies, employee relations, performance management and organisational changes
• Manage employee queries and workplace matters professionally and sensitively
• Oversee employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, employee movements and offboarding
• Support recruitment and talent-attraction activities, working with hiring managers, agencies and candidates
• Contribute to onboarding, learning, employee engagement, employer branding and organisational development initiatives
• Drive assigned HR projects and regional organisational initiatives
• Review and improve HR processes, workflows, policies, guidelines and SOPs
• Prepare HR reports, data analysis and management updates to support decision-making
• Support HRIS and process improvements in collaboration with regional HRIS, IT and HR teams
• Manage the annual performance-management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration and related communications
• Partner with managers on employee development and performance-management matters
• Work closely with regional HR teams and headquarters to implement consistent HR practices and initiatives
• Provide support across compensation, benefits, insurance and other HR activities
• Handle ad hoc HR projects and operational duties as assigned
