Assistant Manager, Group Hospitality – Contract & Vendor Management | Up to $6,000 #HHLT

📍 Queenstown 💰 Up to $6,000/month 📅 Permanent

💼 Responsibilities

• Manage hospitality service contracts covering Housekeeping, Waste Management, Pest Control, Landscaping, Linen & Laundry and Portering Services
• Manage vendor performance against contractual KPIs and service standards
• Oversee contract governance, performance reporting and documentation
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, regulatory, audit and workplace safety requirements
• Monitor service quality and implement operational improvements
• Work with internal stakeholders and service providers to resolve service gaps and operational issues
• Support budgeting, procurement and financial management
• Lead or participate in service improvement and operational projects
• Support team development through coaching, engagement and knowledge sharing

📝 Requirements

• Min. degree
• Relevant contract, vendor or service management experience
• Healthcare, hospitality or facilities environment experience preferred
• Strong contract management and vendor management capabilities
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Leadership experience advantageous
