ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER | MNC | TAI SENG 📍 Tai Seng – 10–15 mins walk from Tai Seng MRT / short bus ride from Eunos MRT 💰 $7,500 – $8,500/month 🕐 Monday – Friday | 8.00am – 5.30pm 💼 Permanent | Manufacturing / Aerospace Industry The Role Join a growing finance team as an Assistant Finance Manager , where you will oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations while partnering closely with senior management and business stakeholders. You will report directly to the Senior Director, Finance and lead a team of 2 Accounts Executives , with opportunities to contribute to financial planning, business partnering, costing, process improvements and ERP initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and reporting

Review journals, accruals, prepayments, intercompany transactions and balance sheet reconciliations

Prepare and review management accounts, financial analysis and variance reports

Oversee AP, AR, GL, fixed assets and treasury activities

Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements

Review product costing, inventory valuation and manufacturing cost allocations

Analyse material, labour and overhead variances and provide insights to operations

Lead budgeting and forecasting exercises and monitor performance against targets

Support cash flow planning and working capital management

Coordinate internal and external audits, tax matters and statutory filings

Partner with business and operations teams on financial performance and decision-making

Lead, coach and develop a team of 2 finance professionals

Drive finance process improvements, automation and ERP enhancements

Support finance transformation and other ad-hoc business projects
