Assistant Finance Manager (Financial Reporting) #JTL

Financial Reporting & Accounting Lead monthly and annual closing and financial reporting.

Oversee AP, AR, GL, costing, inventory, and reconciliations.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Budgeting & Business Support Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Monitor financial performance and provide business insights.

Partner with management and operations on cost and performance improvement.

Treasury, Audit & Compliance Manage cash flow, working capital, audits, tax, and statutory matters.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities.

Team & Process Improvement Lead and develop a team of two finance staff.

Drive process improvements, automation, and ERP projects.

Support business projects and other ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized University.

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant external audit experience in Big 4 preferred to manage local reporting requirements.

Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.

Minimum 8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity in commercial outfits.
