ASSISTANT/CENTRE MANAGER #NJH

We are hiring Centre Managers to be outsourced to our clients Responsibilities & Duties ●Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to community ●Share Centre's vision and recommend suitable programs for students ●Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement ●Maintain customer relationships and build a strong community. Act as parents’ advocate and manage relationships with them ●Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings, trial classes and make sure payment for classes are received ●Work with the teaching team to assess the students and follow up with parents for conversion ●Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and research ●Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in our CRM system ●Continue to track the progress of students and maintain relationships with parents Interest applicants, pls email updated resume to jessie@recruitexpress.com.sg Jessie Hoe Huey Miin CEI Reg No. R1103861 EA Lic: 99C4599
