Ad-Hoc Homecare Nurse (Agency) – $45/Hour, Islandwide #HLY

About the Role:

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Homecare Nurses to provide nursing care to patients in their homes on an ad-hoc basis. This role is ideal for nurses who want flexible work while making a meaningful difference. Experience in geriatric care and/or palliative care is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care in patients’ homes
• Monitor vital signs and general condition
• Perform wound care, medication management, catheter care, etc.
• Support geriatric patients with chronic conditions and daily care needs
• Provide palliative/comfort care and emotional support where needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans
• Coordinate with doctors, care teams, and family members
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation

Requirements:

• Valid SNB license
• Able to travel islandwide
• Independent, responsible, and compassionate
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to commit to ad-hoc assignments
• BLS/CPR certification
• Skills in wound care, catheter care, NG tube, tracheostomy care
