About the Role

We are looking for compassionate and reliable HomecareNurses to provide nursing care to patients in their homes on an ad-hoc basis. This role is ideal for nurses who want flexible work whilemaking a meaningful difference. Experience in geriatric care and/or palliative care ispreferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care in patients’homes
• Monitor vital signs and general condition
• Perform wound care, medication management,catheter care, etc.
• Support geriatric patients with chronicconditions and daily care needs
• Provide palliative/comfort care and emotionalsupport where needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans
• Coordinate with doctors, care teams, and familymembers
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation

Requirements

• Valid SNB license
• Able to travel islandwide
• Independent, responsible, and compassionate
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to commit to ad-hoc assignments
• BLS/CPR certification
• Skills in wound care, catheter care, NG tube,tracheostomy care
