💰 Up to $6,500/month 📅 6–9 Months Contract 🏭 Manufacturing AR Experience Highly Preferred

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Accountant to join a global manufacturing MNC, handling a broad portfolio covering AR, revenue matters, credit management, collections and reconciliations .

Candidates with AR experience in a manufacturing environment are highly preferred due to the complexity of manufacturing-related transactions.

Sales, Revenue & AR

• Perform monthly intercompany and third-party reconciliations
• Review unbilled credit notes, goods returns, blocked invoices, goods-in-transit (GIT) and customer claims
• Compute and book intercompany royalty and commission income / expenses
• Manage accruals and invoice postings for rebates and core list expenses
• Review and analyse rebate, commission and core list variances and provide commentary
• Ensure rebate and commission payments are aligned with contractual agreements

Credit Management

• Review and release credit blocks at both order and delivery levels
• Create and maintain customer master data
• Review credit limits for new and existing customer accounts
• Manage customer collections and follow up on outstanding payments
• Prepare bad debt provisions
• Prepare DSO dashboards and overdue ageing reports
• Provide collection updates and forward ageing forecasts for month-end overdue positions
• Process customer refunds for exceptional cases
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve disputes
• Support other AR / Credit Management duties as assigned
