Accounts Payable Associate (Vendor Master) - HSN

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to: Location: Redhill Salary: $1900 - $2000 Duration: 6 Months Working Days & Hours: 5 days Mon - Fri, office hours (8.30am - 6pm) Job responsibilities: Contact existing vendors to communicate the UEN/NRIC payment transition exercise. Collect, record, and consolidate vendors’ responses, including preferred payment arrangements. Assist with the maintenance and updating of vendor master records in the system Perform callback verifications to authenticate vendor information and ensure data accuracy. Handle vendors’ queries in a timely and professional manner Compile and maintain a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document for payment transition exercise. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned. Job requirements: Minimum GCE A-Level qualification. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Meticulous, organised with good communication skills.
