9 Months Bank Project Manager- Client Implementation ($6-8K) #BYR

Your tasks

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and implementation of new clients for Securities Services.
• Coordinate client transition activities, including new fund launches, fund terminations, restructuring and service changes.
• Manage account opening, modification, service extension and closure, including cash and securities accounts, tax and market/network setup.
• Establish project governance and coordinate with internal teams to plan, track and deliver implementation projects.
• Lead regular client and stakeholder meetings, tracking timelines, deliverables, dependencies and outstanding actions.
• Identify issues and escalate project risks or delays to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure all required account/market opening and implementation documentation is completed for sign-off, audit and control purposes.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including Client Delivery, Sales, Relationship Managers and Client Development.
• Coordinate with external parties including custodians, investment managers and other third-party service providers.

Requirements

Looking for an experienced Client Implementation / Project Manager with strong exposure to Securities Services, custody or asset servicing. The ideal candidate should have experience managing institutional client onboarding or transition projects and be comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders across Operations, Sales, Relationship Management, custodians and investment managers.

Key requirement: 5+ years of relevant project management/client implementation experience within banking, securities services or asset management.
