6 Months Temporary Clinical Specialist Assistant (Medical Devices) #HZTK

Location : City Hall Working Hours: Mon - Fri Office Hours Key Responsibilities Assist Clinical Specialists and Territory Managers with medical device training and in-service sessions for hospital staff. Support the team during medical procedures where devices are being used. Help ensure the required devices and equipment are available for clinical cases. Conduct monthly consignment stock checks at hospital sites. Assist with inventory reconciliation and ensure stock records are accurate. Perform administrative and reporting tasks, including preparing reports and maintaining documentation. Assist with coordination and follow-up when there are device-related issues, escalating them to the appropriate Clinical Specialist, Territory Manager or technical team. Support other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors. Requirements Min. Diploma in Biomedical Engineering / Healthcare or any related field Good communication and organisational skills. Able to work collaboratively with Clinical Specialists, Territory Managers and hospital staff.
