6 months Locum Clinic Assistant *CENTRAL* #HZTK

Location:  Central Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM Working hours may occasionally be staggered, with an earlier start time of 8:00 AM. Job Responsibilities Assist Customer Service Officers in verifying and updating patient information with patients. Provide wayfinding assistance and guide patients to the appropriate departments, waiting areas and scan rooms. Assist in preparing patients for medical imaging scans, ensuring they are properly briefed and ready for the procedure. Provide support and reassurance to patients throughout the scan process to ensure a smooth, comfortable and positive patient experience. Perform other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
