6 Months KYC Client Onboarding Management | Up to $4000 #NKA

Location: Raffles Place

Duration: 6 months contract

Salary: Up to $4000

Job Responsibilities:

• Support client onboarding and ensure compliance with bank procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Review KYC/client documentation for completeness throughout the client lifecycle.
• Perform name screening, adverse news checks and identify potential risk factors.
• Create and maintain accurate client data, records and documentation.
• Process client static data and profile maintenance requests within SLA/KPI.
• Handle internal queries relating to client data and onboarding matters.
• Liaise with Compliance, Legal, Front Office and other internal teams to resolve onboarding issues.
• Prepare periodic reports and support audit/regulatory requests.
• Ensure proper handling and confidentiality of sensitive client information.
• Identify and escalate operational risks, incidents and compliance concerns.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree with 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in KYC/client onboarding.
• Experience with client data management and KYC requirements for individuals/corporates/trust accounts.
• Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements within client onboarding.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
