Location: Marina One Duration: 6 months Salary: Up to $4960 + 0.5 month bonus Job Responsibilities: Investment & ILP Operations: Monitor the execution of fund switching, top-ups, and partial withdrawals. Identify and resolve "failed trades" or delays by coordinating with the Investment Operations and customer service. Act as a point of contact for queries. Underwriting & Onboarding: Liaise with the Underwriting team to clear "Medical" or "Financial" loadings on high-sum assured cases. Claims & Policy Servicing: Manage the end-to-end escalation of death, disability, or critical illness claims. Coordinate with the Actuarial for special custom quotes.
