Job Responsibilities: Product Development & Innovation Conduct product development activities in laboratory and pilot plant environments, with a focus on dairy and beverage applications Support formulation development, process optimization, troubleshooting, and application testing Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and project activities Prepare technical reports and application documentation Technical & Commercial Support Provide technical support to Marketing, Technical Service, Sales, and Operations teams Support customer projects through the development and evaluation of application prototypes Assist with technical presentations, seminars, and training activities Troubleshoot formulation and processing challenges Laboratory & Pilot Plant Management Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment Manage laboratory ingredients, materials, equipment, and samples Maintain and organize the ingredient library, ensuring proper labelling, storage, and tracking Perform routine maintenance and basic upkeep of laboratory and pilot plant equipment Comply with all EHS&S policies, procedures, and safe work practices Participate in safety initiatives and continuous improvement activities

Job Responsibilities: Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline 2–3 years of experience in food product development, applications, or food manufacturing Dairy experience is highly preferred.
