6 Months Contract Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter - Financial Services #BLM

Jobs Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers as a Talent Acquisition advisor; provide market insights on candidate trends, talent availability and hiring conditions. Develop recruitment strategies for assigned roles and advise hiring managers on interview processes, selection approaches and recruitment best practices. Manage end to end recruitment including direct sourcing, candidate screening, interviews, shortlisting and offer management. Build strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, recruitment platforms and other appropriate sourcing channels. Partner with HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders on workforce requirements, market compensation, candidate sentiments and complex offers. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and vendors while maintaining recruitment activities and candidate records through HRIS or ATS platforms.
