The Job:

• Own and deliver end to end business SOPs
• Translate into to business process mapping.
• Identify and build pre and post requisite business activities for new functionality
• Reviewing technical training documents
• Building business process training documents
• Combining technical and business training documents for relevant users, customers and suppliers
• Assist with delivering training materials and maintain training support during hyper care period
• Coordinate responsibilities and action required
