Working Hours: Any 5 days per week, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Location: West Job Responsibilities Assist with the collection of payment from patients upon discharge. Conduct financial counselling for inpatient stays and charges. Perform discharge procedures for patients. Arrange follow-up appointments for inpatient patients. Assist with other duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisors. Requirements Min. Diploma in Health Service Management or any related field. Prior customer service or healthcare experience would be an advantage.
