Your tasks
- Assist in the maintenance and update of Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), Key Risk Indicators (KRI), and Incident Management & Data Collection (IMDC) records.
- Support the Business Continuity Management (BCM) team in coordinating exercises, maintaining documentation, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Assist in gathering and compiling information related to operational risk matters involving processes, systems, and business activities.
- Support the preparation of operational risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of operational risk and BCM-related records.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to collect data and ensure timely updates to risk-related databases and trackers.
- Participate in operational risk and BCM awareness activities and training sessions.
- Perform administrative and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team.
- Preferred skillsets include being familiar with M365 sharepoint and AI agent creation.
