6 months contract Finance Executive $4K (EAA)

Job Responsibilities: Assist with fixed asset physical count, fixed asset tagging and reconciliation. Assist with inventory reporting such as inventory reconciliation, inventory count, inventory adjustments. Assist with business control assessment, and testing of controls. Work with external auditors on evaluation of controls and statutory audits. Assist with preparation of capital asset acquisition request. Support the finance teams with accounts payable related tasks. Support the finance teams with book-keeping and month end closing. Job Requirements: Diploma, Degree, ACCA or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance. At least 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience in full set of accounts is required. Good knowledge of month end closing, reconciliations, GST, audit schedules, and financial reporting. Able to work independently and communicate well with internal stakeholders.
