6 Months Accounts Executive | Up to $4400 #NKA

Location: Marina One Duration: 6 months Salary: Up to $4400 + 0.5 month bonus Job Responsibilities: Prepare month-end journals including bank charges, merchant fees and bank revaluations. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and follow up on outstanding reconciling items. Work with vendors to onboard new bank reconciliations, resolve discrepancies and update matching rules. Manage daily cash flow and cash projections to optimise cash usage and returns. Maintain and improve process and control documentation. Support internal and external audits relating to bank reconciliations. Participate in ad-hoc assignments and role rotations within Investment Accounting, Fund Operations and Cash Management. Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related discipline Knowledge of AS400 and Oracle Experience in process documentation and software testing Ally (Kubota Ayako) CEI Reg.
