Job Scope: Support marketing and events initiatives, covering the HNW (High Networth) / UHNW (Ultra) client segment Work with internal stakeholders on marketing campaigns, communications and client engagement initiatives Coordinate client events from planning to execution, including timelines, venues, vendors, catering and logistics Manage invitations, RSVP, guest lists and event related communications Liaise with external agencies, vendors and business partners Provide actual day event support and ensure smooth execution Assist with marketing collaterals, presentations and other communication materials Handle event related admin, including travel and hotel arrangements where required Support other marketing and event related duties as assigned All Interested candidates are invited to email your resume in MS Word format to: east5@recruitexpress.com.sg Please include your full working experience, education background, notice period, expected salary.
