5 Months Contract Senior Executive (HRIS) #HZTK

Working Hours: Mon - Fri Office Hours Location : Novena Job Description Provide first-level support and guidance to HR users on HRIS-related enquiries, processes, and employee data. Handle HRIS queries from various healthcare institutions and ensure timely and professional resolution. Support payroll User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and coordinate with relevant stakeholders on system-related issues. Manage HRIS requests, including user access administration, permissions, and SAP S/4HANA password resets. Monitor the HRIS request system, assign requests to relevant team members, and track completion to ensure timely resolution. Monitor data replication error reports and coordinate with stakeholders to investigate and resolve issues. Manage and execute mass HR data uploads for the healthcare cluster and payroll operations, ensuring data accuracy and timely completion. Provide operational support for key HR cycles, including bonus and promotion exercises, and assist HR users with related data upload enquiries. Analyse employee data and prepare spreadsheets, charts, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Support team meeting coordination, including scheduling, preparation, and follow-up of action items. Assist with HRIS-related projects, process improvement initiatives, and other ad hoc operational duties as required. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related discipline. Knowledge or experience in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS); experience with SAP SuccessFactors would be advantageous. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to create spreadsheets, charts, reports, and presentations.
