Job Description
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for online systems and applications
- Identify, document and track system bugs, errors and usability issues
- Conduct follow-up testing to verify fixes and enhancements
- Liaise with users and IT teams on testing, issue resolution and follow-up
- Maintain testing records and update relevant user guides and documentation
- Undertake other related duties and ad-hoc tasks as required
