Location: Caldecott Salary: $12/hr Working hours: Any 5 days work week Mon to Sat, 42 hours work week Working hours, staggered rostered by Supervisor: Monday to Friday: 8.00am to 5.30pm or 8.30am to 6.00pm Saturday: 7.00am to 4.00pm

Job Description

• Booking of surgery slots for operating theatres, booking of beds etc
• Maintain service standards for scheduling and bed booking calls.
• Follow appointment scheduling procedures and guidelines.
• Disseminate hospital and departmental updates effectively.
• Ensure calls are answered within 3 rings or 30 seconds using standard greetings.
• Handle difficult customers and apply service recovery protocols.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
